As we stepped out of the elevator and into the foyer of our building we were greeted by this little fellow quietly sitting on the mailboxes.

Found lonely and wants good home
Throughly washed
needs hugs and cuddles
loves small children,
chocolate, and naps!

Yeah, seriously nothing comes without a price. Maybe not as sinister as a bomb, I'm betting on lice or bed bugs or dust mites.
